Dr. Rolf Tanner
Rolf Tanner holds an executive MBA and a PhD in history and political science from the University of Zurich. He worked as a political analyst with the Union Bank of Switzerland and a St. Gallen-based political risk consulting firm. He then joined Swiss Re in 2002 and was Head of Political and Sustainability Risk Management until 2010. Since then, he is a Spokesperson with Swiss Re's Media Relations team. He also teaches at the University of Zurich.

Daniel Bloch
Daniel Bloch studied law and holds an MBA from the Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD). He was Head of the US distribution company Camille Bloch Corp in the new US export market. Since 2005 he is Chairman of the board at Chocolats Camille Bloch SA. Daniel Bloch is also Deputy President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Canton of Bern.

Dr. Barbara Dubach
Barbara Dubach holds a PhD in economics. She worked as environmental economist at the Federal Office for the Environment, Forest and Landscape. Later she joined the cement supplier Holcim where she worked at last as Vice-President Corporate Social Responsibility / Sustainable Development Coordination. In 2010 she set up EngageAbility as her own company active in sustainable development.

André Lüthi
André Lüthi obtained a federal diploma as tourism expert. He worked as tourist guide and desk officer for Baumeler Reisen, before joining Globetrotter. Since 1992 André Lüthi is Managing Director and Member of the board at Globetrotter Travel Services.

Prof. Dr. Hans-Balz Peter
Hans-Balz Peter holds a PhD in economics. He was Director of the Institute for Social Ethics of the Swiss Evangelical Church Federation (SEK) and is Honorary Professor for Social Ethics at the Institute for Systematic Theology of the University of Bern. He is also a founding member and currently President of swisspeace.

Dr. Victor P. Schmid
Victor Schmid holds a PhD in sociology and political science. He was Advisor to Federal Councillor Flavio Cotti and Head of the Media and Information Service at the Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA). He then joined the Ascom Holding AG as First Vice-President of Corporate Communications. Victor Schmid is currently Senior Partner and owner of Hirzel.Neef.Schmid.Konsulenten. 

Peter Stämpfli
Peter Stämpfli graduated as a printing engineer at the Ecole supérieure des industries de l'art grafique in Lausanne, Switzerland. Since 1988 together with his brother he is co-owner of Stämpfli Group and CEO of Stämpfli Ltd. His special professional interest lies in business ethics and strategic business development.

Dr. David Wartenweiler
David Wartenweiler studied international relations and holds a PhD in modern history. He worked with the World Economic Forum in Geneva, before joining Exane as Investment Strategist. He then was Senior Economist at Julius Baer in Zurich and worked as Head of Research at Horizon21 Alternative Investments. In 2011 he joined Habib Bank AG Zurich where he is in charge of the investment banking activities.
