KOFF assisted UNDP-Bosnia and Herzegovina in the development of the second phase of its transitional justice program. In particular, it introduced a conceptual framework for Dealing with the Past as the methodology to structure and elaborate the activities of the joint Federal Ministry of Justice and Federal Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees working group, tasked with elaborating a national strategy for transitional justice.
