As a peace research institute affiliated to the University of Basel, swisspeace provides university courses and academic teaching at bachelor, master and doctoral levels. swisspeace researchers have teaching assignments on topics related to the causes of wars and violent conflicts, conflict mitigation and peacebuilding.

Arab American University Jenin, 2017

Renewal of cooperation agreement

After a successful teaching cooperation between the Arab American University Jenin (AAUJ; occupied Palestinian territories) and swisspeace, the two institutes have agreed to continue this collaboration for 2017/18. swisspeace will therefore continue to teach two modules in the AAUJ’s MA course on „Conflict Resolution and Development“ in Ramallah.
