Terms and Conditions

Accepted candidates will receive an invoice within three weeks after the registration deadline.

The deadline for payment is one month after the initial registration deadline. Payments are due in the invoiced currency; any bank charges need to be covered by the participant.

Cancellations need to be made in writing to academy@swisspeace.ch

Until the deadline for payments, 100% of the course fee will be refunded. Until one week prior to the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be invoiced/refunded. As of one week prior to the start of the course, no refund is possible.

An administrative fee of CHF 300 is included in the tuition fee. It will be charged for all refunds and in case of cancellations after the payment deadline.

swisspeace reserves the right to cancel the course in special circumstances (e.g. when the minimum number of participants is not met at the deadline for payments). In this case participants will need to come up for all the cancellation fees for travel and accommodation arrangements made related to this course. No claims to compensation for the participants arise.

It is the participant's responsibility to be adequately insured. Any liability by swisspeace is excluded.

Participants are asked to fill in an online evaluation upon completion of the on-site phase of the course.
