Mediation
swisspeace supports mediators and conflict parties in gaining knowledge and skills for effective dialogue processes and peace negotiations through. Therefore, swisspeace undertakes research in the form of guidance notes, academic articles and reports. It also provides consultancies services such as workshop, ghost writing and concept development. It conducts trainings on strategy development, skills training or one-on-one coaching. Moreover swisspeace organizes events including roundtables, conferences and networking events on mediation issues.

Mediation Support Project (MSP)
The Mediation Support Project (MSP) helps the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (Political Division IV) building their mediation capacity. The MSP is a joint venture between swisspeace and the Center for Security Studies (CSS), ETH Zurich. more
Humanitarian Dialogue North Caucasus
The Humanitarian Dialogue Project promotes dialogue on humanitarian issues amongst important stakeholders in North Caucasus. More specifically it aims at strengthening the security for the civilian population of North Caucasus including the search for missing persons, the rehabilitation of conflict victims and gender aspects. more
