swisspeace is convinced that a more peaceful world is possible and that the foundation can play an active role in bringing it about through research, by helping to shape Swiss policy and through an appropriate information policy. To achieve this objective, swisspeace needs both moral and financial support. With this in mind, the Support Association was founded in 1990. It is open to individual members from the Swiss public who are concerned about peace policy, as well as to institutions.

If you would like to help swisspeace continue with its research in peacebuilding and the causes of political conflict, you can do so by joining our association.

• We will keep you informed on a regular basis about national and international peace research and peace efforts;
• We invite you to all events, notably to the swisspeace annual conference;
• We will also keep you informed about the latest in our series of working and conference papers, which we will send to you free of charge on request.
